Performance Max needs 4–6 weeks of conversion data before it really starts to optimise. We set expectations clearly before launch — no promises we can't keep.
What's the difference between GLSA and Google Search Ads?
GLSA is pay-per-lead — you only pay when someone contacts you directly through the ad. Google Search Ads are pay-per-click — you pay for every click whether or not they convert. GLSA sits above Search Ads in results but is only available for specific service categories. Many of our clients run both in parallel for maximum coverage.
What is enhanced conversion tracking and why does it matter?
Enhanced conversions send hashed first-party data (like emails from form fills) back to Google Ads, so Google can match your conversions even when cookies are blocked. This means the algorithm gets cleaner signals and optimises toward your actual customers — not just the data it can see. Most businesses running ads don't have this set up. We do it on every account.
Do you manage the ad spend directly or does it go through me?
Ad spend goes directly to Google and Meta through your own accounts — you own the accounts and the data. We manage the campaigns inside your accounts.
